2009-05-27 16:42:48 - The hard drive on the Andrews server appears to be failing, causing the server to be offline at this time.

Technicians are working to bring this back online, however it is highly likely that the hard drive will need to be replaced and a fresh re-install of the OS and control panel performed. We anticipate this to take about one hour before we can restore accounts from backup.
